Registered Veterinary Technicians
Tandy RVT
Tandy has been at Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic since we opened our doors. During high school, she worked in our boarding area and continued at Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic while attending Purdue University’s veterinary technician program. Her inspiration for becoming a veterinary technician was her compassion for animals and meeting new people. Tandy spends her continuing education time learning how to help animal owners maintain a comfortable quality of life for their senior pets. Tandy received her certification in canine rehabilitation in 2006. She has developed a rehabilitation program at Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic that includes an underwater treadmill.
When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her canine family, Sachi the bulldog and Rain the yellow Lab.
Sara RVT
Sara grew up in Granger and worked at Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic during high school, before graduating from Purdue University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in veterinary technology. After graduation, Sara stayed in Lafayette and worked at the Purdue Small Animal Hospital as a surgery technician for three years. She later moved to Indianapolis and worked a year at a progressive small animal clinic before moving back home to be closer to her family, which now includes Petie, the Lab/Boxer; Monica, the Mastiff mix; and Bruiser, the American bulldog. To our delight, Sara returned to Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic in the summer of 2005. “Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic is a second family to me, and I’m glad to be home,” Sara says.
Lindsay RVT
Lindsay has been working with animals from a very young age; she would nurture and hand raise orphaned kittens. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Fort Wayne in 2013 and has been at KHVC every since. She loves working with cats and critical care patients. At home you can find her with her Pomeranian, “Charlie,” and her 2 cats both that she bottle fed as babies, “Attila” and “Vixie.”
Allie RVT
Allie grew up in the South suburbs of Chicago where she obtained her Associates of Science in Veterinary Medicine from Fox College. She has had a love for animals her entire life and has been excited to pursue a career that she is passionate about. At home, she enjoys watching movies and taking cat naps with her feline fur babies, Harper and Amelia. She is happy to be settling into the Michiana area and excited to be a part of the KHVC family!
Alyssa RVT
I grew up in Sturgis, MI and graduated from Sturgis High School in 2015. I always knew that I wanted to work with animals. I originally wanted to go to school to become a veterinarian but decided to pursue a career in veterinary technology. I love all animals, big and small, exotic and domestic. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in veterinary nursing in 2022. My fiance and I have two pups, Zoey (Shih tzu/poodle mix) and Quila (Akita). I love all things Disney and Harry Potter. I'm excited for this next phase in my life as a new graduate and I'm happy to be apart of the KHVC team!
Katriana RVT
I began working in the veterinary field in high school and quickly discovered how much I loved it. I graduated from Baker College in 2024 with my associate degree in veterinary technology, and ever since, I’ve been passionate about providing the highest level of care to every animal I meet. I’ve always loved animals of all kinds—large, small, wild, exotic, and farm—and that lifelong passion continues to guide my work today.
I’m currently completing my bachelor’s degree in business, which I’m excited to use to grow within the veterinary profession and better support the teams and clients I work with.
At home, I’m surrounded by my own little crew: four cats (Jax, Lilah, Calypso, and Boo), my husky Meshka, and six chickens. I feel truly grateful to work in a field where I can make a difference every day.
Client Relations
Sharon Client Relations
I have been with KHVC since 2012. I left for a short time but realized that I had more to give and I missed the family I had here. I really enjoy seeing the new fur babies that come in but I have a special place in my heart for the older pets. When I am not working, I enjoy camping trips with my husband and our 2 fur kids Jake and Hunter. I also enjoy crafting, baking, raising monarch butterflies and bluebirds!
Lori Client Relations
Lori has been in the veterinary medicine for over 25 year. She comes to KHVC as a RVT but her customer service skills has found her at the front desk! She loves working with people and pets and getting to know their stories. She rejoined the KHVC family in 2021 and is sooo happy to be back. Her favorite animal are kitty cats and shares her home with some wonderful fur babies. In her spare time you can find her hanging with her family doing crafts!
Kelli Client Relations
I was born in Crown Point, Indiana. Granger has been my home since 1988. I have always had animals growing up and grew up with boxers and at one point we had 3 cats. I hold a bachelors in Sociology and an associates in Physical Therapy. Fun Fact: I placed volleyball at Central Connecticut University. I love pets and people and adore being in the customer service industry! My husband Jim and I have fur babies of our own! We love taking family walks and car rides! I am a die hard Notre Dame fan and love to travel and listen to music. Remember to laugh and smile everyday!
Bonnie Client Relations
Bonnie has always had a tremendous love for animals. She is a volunteer of Pet Refuge, a shelter for cats and dogs where KHVC provides medical care for animals. She came on to the KHVC team in 2009 and is proud to work at a clinic that cares so much for animals and its clients. She has been married for 22 years, has 1 daughter, and some cats and dogs at home.
I’ve been working at KHVC and for the Michiana community since I was 6 years old, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! To work with this team of professionals and their love for animals and our community is unparalleled.
