Registered Veterinary Technicians
Tandy has been at Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic since we opened our doors. During high school, she worked in our boarding area and continued at Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic while attending Purdue University’s veterinary technician program. Her inspiration for becoming a veterinary technician was her compassion for animals and meeting new people. Tandy spends her continuing education time learning how to help animal owners maintain a comfortable quality of life for their senior pets. Tandy received her certification in canine rehabilitation in 2006. She has developed a rehabilitation program at Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic that includes an underwater treadmill.
When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her canine family, Sachi the bulldog and Rain the yellow Lab.
As a child, Heather knew that working with animals was what she wanted to do. So she began volunteering at Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic while still in high school and is proud to be working for us today. Heather graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Veterinary Technology. About Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic, she says, “I love the mixture of having fun while getting down to business.” As a technician, Heather’s main enjoyment is dentistry, and at home, her main enjoyment is spending time with her son, reading, running, and cycling.
Sara grew up in Granger and worked at Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic during high school, before graduating from Purdue University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in veterinary technology. After graduation, Sara stayed in Lafayette and worked at the Purdue Small Animal Hospital as a surgery technician for three years. She later moved to Indianapolis and worked a year at a progressive small animal clinic before moving back home to be closer to her family, which now includes Petie, the Lab/Boxer; Monica, the Mastiff mix; and Bruiser, the American bulldog. To our delight, Sara returned to Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic in the summer of 2005. “Kryder & Harr Veterinary Clinic is a second family to me, and I’m glad to be home,” Sara says.
Lindsay has been working with animals from a very young age; she would nurture and hand raise orphaned kittens. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Fort Wayne in 2013 and has been at KHVC every since. She loves working with cats and critical care patients. At home you can find her with her Pomeranian, “Charlie,” and her 2 cats both that she bottle fed as babies, “Attila” and “Vixie.”
Hello! I grew up in Elkhart and graduated from Concord High School in 2015. I then started working as a kennel attendant which eventually led me to go to tech school. I graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Fort Wayne in 2019. I recently moved to Mishawaka with my boyfriend Julio. Currently I have a chihuahua/pomeranian mix (Duke), a calico cat (Chloe), and a rex mix rabbit (Sneakers). I love watching anything Disney and Star Wars. My favorite breeds are pugs and pitbulls. My favorite part of working at KHVC is my coworkers and how fun they make coming into work everyday!
Allie grew up in the South suburbs of Chicago where she obtained her Associates of Science in Veterinary Medicine from Fox College. She has had a love for animals her entire life and has been excited to pursue a career that she is passionate about. At home, she enjoys watching movies and taking cat naps with her feline fur babies, Harper and Amelia. She is happy to be settling into the Michiana area and excited to be a part of the KHVC family!

Sharon Client Relations
I have been with KHVC since 2012. I left for a short time but realized that I had more to give and I missed the family I had here. I really enjoy seeing the new fur babies that come in but I have a special place in my heart for the older pets. When I am not working, I enjoy camping trips with my husband and our 2 fur kids Jake and Hunter. I also enjoy crafting, baking, raising monarch butterflies and bluebirds!

I was born in Crown Point, Indiana. Granger has been my home since 1988. I have always had animals growing up and grew up with boxers and at one point we had 3 cats. I hold a bachelors in Sociology and an associates in Physical Therapy. Fun Fact: I placed volleyball at Central Connecticut University. I love pets and people and adore being in the customer service industry! My husband Jim and I have fur babies of our own! We love taking family walks and car rides! I am a die hard Notre Dame fan and love to travel and listen to music. Remember to laugh and smile everyday!
I’ve been working at KHVC and for the Michiana community since I was 6 years old, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! To work with this team of professionals and their love for animals and our community is unparalleled.
